Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime 2013 Requirements

Before any of you tell me to uninstall, reinstall, or verify anything:
1) I've verified the game files
2) Microsoft Visual C++ x64 and x86 are both installed. Even uninstalled and reinstalled them
3) Same for SFV
I've also followed everything else in the Issue Reporting & Technical FAQ thread that's pinned.

The one thing I'm noticing is out of place is that when I go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\StreetFighterV\, there's apparently supposed to be a _CommonRedist\vcredist\2013. But when I go there, _CommonRedist doesn't exist. Could someone either tell me why this happens, or what the contents of the 2013 folder are, so I can copy the required files from System32 and create it myself?

Update: I went ahead and took a look at this

Saw for myself what contents came with the installation and decided to copy-paste the .dll files myself into the SFV folder. Still didn't work out. Now I don't know what else to do. Any suggestions?

Maybe you can use CCleaner to look for registry issues. Then reinstall C++

I don't know why you get idea about VC2013.
It's pretty old.
But my SFV folder does not have it and working fine.

I think Steams' Verifying Integrity feature is not so great.
I'd rather do uninstall and reinstall (better to have back up game data first)

Tekken 7 and SoulCalibur 6 are required I think VC2015.
I needed to install manually when it got issue.
That time I used following installer.
