Are these specs good enough to run SFV well?
I don't have a PS4, nor do I plan on getting on. However I am getting a new computer soon because the one I'm currently using is breaking down.
The computer offers two different processers, just so you'd know.
The main specs are:
  • i5-7200U 2.5ghz (maximum of 3.10ghz) or i5-6200U 2.3ghz (maximum 2.8 ghz)
  • GeForce GTX 950M (about 2 GB)
  • Dual Core Processor

I want to see if I can run this game very well with at least no trouble online or offline.
And if you can, post you're own specifications if you have reletively close specs to the minimum amount or lower. Just to give me an idea.

i think you will be able to maintain 60fps on 1080p and medium settings with no big problem

You will be able to run it well on medium settings in 1080p.

How so? High settings are problematic on a 960M. We are talking mobile graphics, not desktop.

From what I hear, it's mainly the graphics card you need to worry about, which 960M covers..but at long as I stable fps.

You should be able to run the game on medium. You may have to bring down the resolution scaling 20 to 30 points and maybe lower the resolution a bit.

GTX 950M is near the performance level of a GTX 480, which is the official minimum system requirement.

With custom settings you may be able to play, but it won't look pretty.

Your CPU should be "ok" make sure that you have enough RAM.

You'll probably be able to play, lowering the settings. When I play on my laptop I get 60fps without issue in 1366x768, all settings at minimum, though. It has an i7 3612qm, 8gb ram, and an ati radeon HD 7650M.

Honestly, even though I have a desktop that runs it at 1080 full settings, I don't really care playing on one or the other. But if graphics are important to you, know that you're definitely not gonna max them out on you new laptop.

The laptop comes with 8gb installed with another slot for a maximum of 16gb

8 GB is fine

From seeing comparisons of Max and Medium modes, i can't spot any noticable difference aside from a few very minor things that I wouldn't normally complain about let alone realize. The only graphic settings i'm against is playing at low. So if you all think it can run stable 60fps with med settings, i'm all for that.
