Can't find the KiwiGames folder...
If anyone can help me I would really appreciate.
Regardless of what setting I use (all on Low or all on Max) I get the exatcly same effect: first 10 minutes of the game it runs absolutely amazing,
But then suddenly the game slows down from 60fps to 30fps and eventually to 10fps and a message pops up"
UE4 KiwiGame has crashed and will now close"

I tried tollowing common instructions on how to fix it, here is what I did that did not work:

1. Ran Steam as Admin and Launched SFV through Library. (After 10-15 min same slowdown)

2. Looked in %appdata% to delete "KiwiGame" folder - there is none to delete.

3. Looked for "Kiwigame" through my computer with "hidden folders"checked still could not find it.

4.Deleting Street Fighter folder didnt do anything.

5. Reinstalling and restarting computed did nothing.

6. In game setting dont matter at all, on all Max game runs smooth as butter so does on Low(obviously) but regardless of Graphics Setting I get the same slowdown and then crash with "UE4 Kiwigame" error.

7. I tried scaling resolution from 90 to 70-50 and playing around with various screen resolutions 1900 x 1680 and lower did nothing.
8. In AMD Controll Panel locking the game FPS to 60 also has no effect and Kiwigames error crashing the game after roughly 10-15 min.

8. Tried verifying cache multiple times no avail.

Can someone suggest the solution? I literally bough this game close to launch and still have not played it much because of this error. If anyone has any ideas or can help I would greatly appreciate ty.

The KiWi error is mostly related to missing / corrupted / inaccessable files, usually a file verification in Steam is enough without having to re-download / reinstall SFV.

SFV worked before, so there must have been some changes (drivers/antivirus signatures/crashes etc.).
Did you deleted your SFV user folder when doing a clean reinstall?

if not,
=> backup and delete all files in the following folder:
%LocalAppData%\StreetFighterV\Saved
Shortcut: Windows button + R + paste the above line, this path is usually hidden/protected in Windows, you can enable "Show Hidden Folders" to unhide it.

else try this:

Sounds like the progressive performance degradation, one workaround for that was to create a secondary, new/fresh, local Windows account, to be able to play online without slowdowns.

Alternatively disable all ethernet adapters in your Windows network settings for testing purposes.

Tip / workaround to avoid "switching back and forth between Windows account logins":

you can run Steam + SFV as a different user, by pressing SHIFT and then right click on Steam, select run as "another user".

Also disable:
- nVidias ShadowPlay and Microsofts XBOX app screen recording features (DVR capture), if they are enabled in background
- Windows 10 game mode / full screen optimization
as they can also affect performance.

________

Btw.: there is no KiwiGames folder in a normal SFV installation path, it is an internal project name made by Capcom in the Unreal Engine Editor.
