Street fighter 5 arcade edition slow motion on pc

Hi ive just installed street fighter 5 arcade edition here on steam and the game runs in slow motion.
Ive tried low spec mode and lowered details but same problem
My pc is a i5 4460 16gb ram ddr3 1600 and radeon rx 480 4gb.

I can play all my other games including doom at max but this game runs very poorly.

Ive read online theres a issue with the pc version.

I dont want to delete and reinstall as takes ages to download.

Does anyone know how to fix this 100%

Uninstalling will probably not help in that case, because the game config is stored in the
%LocalAppData%\StreetFighterV\saved
folder.

Can you please try to unplug your internet connection, or disable the Ethernet adapters in your Windows network settings temporarily and compare the performance please?

Detailed explanation:

There CAN be various network related performance issues, depending from your software+hardware combination/ configuration, like:

1. huge FPS drops down to 1-3 FPS with multiple ethernet adapters / or tethering
Disabling Ethernet adapters or bridging them helps

2. Progressive slowdown after a while, FPS drops from 60 to 30---
The problem disappears on a secondary/new/clean local Windows account
- OR if you disable ALL ethernet adapters in Windows network settings for testing purposes.

3. random stuttering on Windows 7, switching to a clean installed Windows 10 helped some players.

Other known performance issues on some hardware/software combinations:

• Steam overlay: hardware accelerated "web viewer" => disable in Steam settings
  
  
• bad performing GPU drivers => clean install a different version with DDU (display driver uninstaller).
  
  I'm currently running on an old stable GeForce driver version 388.59 with my GTX 970 without any issues (only Driver + Physx installed, no other options)
  Version 398.36 should be also ok, some newer versions caused some problems, even for users with much more powerful GPUs.
  
  
• intergrated GPU active instead of dedicated GPU => disable integrated graphics
  
• power safe mode => set max performance in GPU driver settings and windows power management.
  
• adaptive V-Sync instead of normal V-Sync in GPU driver settings
  
• wrong monitor refresh rate (SFV prefers 59.xx - 60 Hz), else the frame rate is capped or you'll have animation anomalies.
  
• CPU core affinity => toggle CPU core 0 (alternatively set a higher CPU priority for StreetFighterV.exe)
  
• tethered internet => bridge your ethernet adapters, else the framerate drops to 1-3 FPS
  
• Windows 10 full screen optimization => disable for both StreetFighterV.exe
  
• Windows compatibility mode => disable for both StreetFigherV.exe and Steam.exe
  
• Antivirus => temporarily disable for testing, or better whitelist both StreetFighterV.exe files

Hi ive sussed it out.street fighterv5 only plays at normal speed in windowed mode.as soon as you try to play full screen it goes crappy slow.please pass this info around

I fixed this problem by uninstalling my integrated GPU in Windows 10 device manager. Disabling the device was insufficient. A complete uninstall of the integrated GPU and related software was necessary. C ya on stage!!

many thanks for your responce , i fixed this by playing in windowed mode, i know its kinda stupid but it works, i maxed the window to full screen , apart from a bar at the top its almost full sized anyway, but my main grip with this game is not this , its , lets just say a scam , having to pay for the extra stuff and also the in game money, you,ll never earn the amounts needed to unlock stuff hence having to pay more!!!!, if you have played this game you,ll know what i mean!
