When I try to execute spinning bird kick, 15 out of 1 time i can do it.i having same problem on other skill though.
first i thought as a new player my skill is not good enough. but practicing in training mode i find out im doing the right instruction.
Its very confusing!

SBK is a charge move. You have to hold the charge button (Down in this case) for about 1 second before inputting Up+Kick. The same applies for her fireball.

Hope that helps.

I don't even know how to configure keyboard to play... After 3 months and a half playing with Xbox 360 controller I remembered to try it. It just configures, punches and kicks, no start to enter, no select to backspace. And those keyboard arrows, I couldn't use them to configure directionals on Keyboard. The default configs for most fighting games are always lame to me.

i use WASD for movements, GHJK for Punches, BNM, for kicks.
Keyboard is better than controller my opinion.Lowest Input delay if u have a good keyboard.
The only problem is i press wrong button most of the time

Unfortunately, SFV doesn’t register certain keys as valid inputs (as previous games in the series does).

I’ve been trying to get SFV to work with my Xtension 2-Player Arcade Controller EE (it acts as a keyboard for both P1 & P2) and certain buttons aren’t recognized (L Ctrl, L Alt). It’s a shame because USFIV works perfectly with it (as does SFxT).

Try shifting over a few keys, JKL for punches, M<> for kicks. There's a little notch on the J key on most keyboards for typing so you can keep your index finger on it and all your other fingers are in position to get the button you want. If you type correctly, finding the notch and keeping your index finger on it should be second nature. I played the PC port of Mortal Kombat 1 and Super Street Fighter II Turbo and various MAME games like this for years mainly because PC arcade sticks were non existent back then and controllers back then kinda sucked.

I'd still recommend anything over keyboard today, but consistency is doable with keyboard.

If you really enjoy WASD keys, you should invest in a fight stick with 6 buttons and a WASD input. I cannot fathom playing consistently on anything than a controller.

You mean a Hit Box.

That can work too. Anything but a keyboard.

I own a fightstick and a hitbox. After spending the last about a few months grinding and learning the stick I discovered a hitbox arcade layout. If you want to try it on keyboard the layout uses ASD for movement and space for jumping. You are pressing space with the same hand you are pressing the buttons. Now I am completely using a hitbox and I would really never go back to a fightstick.
