What Is Up With G's Ending??
Aside from G's arcade mode having Dan, Elena, and Hakan in it which is really fun to see, it leaves us with even more answers now. The last few frames show that Q's eyes have something blue in them, as if it's what's on his mind and goal.
I've seen people say that he works for the Gill and by extension, the Illuminati, because of how he's trying to rally everyone on earth to 1 cause, like Gill's idea of a new world made by him for everyone.

His moves, while he may not be a charge character, have a lot of similarities to Q(in terms of animation). In particular the ones where he charges at you with his fist, hits high up, and the other version of it where he hits low. Then there's his command grab that's similar to Q.
With his arcade mode ending and the similarities to Q, could he be a robot made by Gill? There is also of course his other costume that looks a lot like Q's noire look.

Whenever you beat someone, the win quote is strangely robotic. As if he's been programmed to say certain lines for certain people. He never shows any different tone to any character. He may mention that Cody is mayor and when you beat Bison he both talks to them like "Yes. You are such and such in this position of power but I am president of the world. Join me"

So he plays like Q and acts very robotic. Is he just a robot then? The little animations he does after certain attacks, where he tips his hat and snaps his fingers make him look less robotic but still.

As in they'll have a new story mode that will explain all this? I hope

Yea, a friend told me that someone asked Capcom recently if they were still going to make another story mode and their answer was a strange yes no maybe?? Is this even true?
It would make sense because of that character popularity poll( https://game.capcom.com/cfn/sfv/vote?lang=en) that came out last year to let us decide which characters will be featured in the second story but when was the last time a fighting game had 2 story modes????

Maybe there are many entities like him and Q - each named with different letter, representing different values. Like Vandenreich shrifts in Bleach. You know, G for Gold/Globe, Q for Question or whatnot.

Either that or G is somehow injured before the time of SF3 and is reconstructed as Q, where he retains all his previous moves, but performs them in a sloppy manner.

G has definitely some robotic touch, I don't know any biologic lifeform with an earth globe rotating on their bodies ;)

The blue in his eyes (image after finishing the Arcade Mode) is the earth globe from a space view.

Imagine the rage from some players, if that image also means that Hakan, Honda and Elena are the next DLC characters... LOL.

That's a good theory.

They'll probably explain it if they ever make a second story mode which I would love. Because they're introducing all these new characters that just disappear in 3 so it'd be nice to have more info on them, just a bit.

haha that too. He really sounds like a robot in his win quotes and how he comes out of nowhere, with no relation to any of the previous characters like the other new characters in 5(excluding Rasheed and Necalli but they're clearly not robots.)

Oh it is? I had a hard time seeing it. Also did you see how when he's shaking hands with the characters, they have different poses but his is the same each time, not even changing in the slightest. He has a skeleton apparently unlike Q but that could be changed, like he could be injured by someone and be rebuilt into Q.

Haha I want Dan and Elena's cool but Hakan feels like he should stay in 4, despite me loving his design and how he plays. Also in G's story mode you see Rose she has no voice and they just used her stock SFV art piece haha but she's in my top 3 of characters I want in 5 so I'd love to have her back <3 <3 <3

Yes, you are right it definitely looked a little weird/funny, but this strengthens the theory of G being of robotic/artificial origin.
It also would make sense that he was badly injured/damaged and rebuild as Q later on, that's why some of Q's similar moves look "broken" or clumsy in comparison.

Maybe someone smashed his face against a wall, so that he has to wear a mask now and lost some screws/sensors LOL j/k.

I don't really care so much about the next DLC character atm, most of the default SFII cast is there (aside from Honda) and G is fun to play and experiment with for a while.

Capcom's page for concept and rejected artwork for G includes at the bottom a picture of both a blond man and blond woman wearing the same kind of outfits, with close-ups of both a silver and a black version of the mask. So the Q/G outfits seem to be treated as uniforms for a group.

It also shows the initial idea for the gold continents was a bit more obvious, and covered his entire upper body, not just his upper arms. The alternate version with dark blue/purple oceans and latitude/longitude lines looked pretty neat. Some of the images also made G look younger, though that is partly just to his hair being more blond. (Because of course Capcom planned for him to be blond, as that is their go-to color for non-Asian characters or even Asian characters with Western connections.)

That's some interesting info, thanks for sharing.

Urien defeats G and does experiments on him. Urien takes his unification power of the Earth and uses it to make the Twelve humanoids be able to shapeshift (whether or not he improves the Seth humanoid program to make the Twelves or this is his own thing is unknown). G escapes the lap with half a mind now dubbed Q. Walking around trying to find powerful fighters like in this human form. This was his last things he did so even though if he can't communicate anymore, he's just replaying what he use to do.

All of G's attacks are attacks that Q once had except the aerial reverse genocide cutters xD

G's theme song is a remix of Q's theme. In which you can recognize more of in the SF3OE soundtrack.

Q's murmurring even fits with G's constant talking.

Never seen these before, these are really cool. I think his design is perfect right now. But imagine that they went with G being female and then when she gets remade into Q she becomes a man haha

Haha yeaaa, unfortunately we have a lot of blondes in this game, even characters like Mika and Karin who are Japanese. That's why we should get Hugo and Remy who don't have blonde hair

Do you work for Capcom? That seems too good to be something Capcom would come up with nowadays :( But it would be amazing if that were what happened.

Yea exactly https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VivPApIEa5k

It is? I listened to it a lot recently cause I like it and I didn't notice.
