How to unlock Ad colors 3-10?

I saw somewhere that i have to play survival mode with the character i want to unlock the ad colors , specifically i want to unlock 5 color of Blanka so i did complete survival mode with Blanka in normal which suppose to unlock 4,5,6 colors but when i went to versus modde to try color still is not available , when i try to select it i see a message : The sponsor is not available or its disable it in settings@ i actually have sponsors enable in battle settings ...
Aletrnatively i saw in shop that you buy for 40.000 3-10 color but i am not sure if will work like that i ahve just 43.000 i dont want to spend them for nothing.... So elt me know how i will unlock or at least to make sure that works if i buy it from shop... I say again i want the ad colors for Blanka the 5 color (yellow-purple) but also the rest 3-10 .. I want to be able to use them both for offline and online modes..

The colors of the sponsored costume are released according to the sponsor. The first time this was implemented it was possible to select colors 3-10. So there is nothing to do at the moment.

In shop somewhere says that you can buy story customes colors 3-10 with 40.000 F .. If i buy this will not eb able to change colors to Blanka?

If it say Story, you will be able to change colors 3-10 from Story costume.

♥♥♥♥ i bought content season 3 which includes 3-10 story custumes of Blanka and still i cant select ad custumes 3-10 even in story mode , not in online or any other mode either.. So i spent 40000F for nhothing what a mess has Capcom done with this game?? In other games there are free alternative styles or customizations and in this you just want to change characters color for varity and its impossible?? Serious Capcom what a piece of ♥♥♥♥!

You should be able at least to buy them with F money , there are only 3 customs 11, 12,13 saperately but i dont like colors.. All ad custom colors should be sold like that ...

One more time: Ad costume colors can not be unlocked or bought. The sponsor decides which costume (usually standard or story costume) will be modified and which colors will be available.

For clarification: Ad costumes are usually available for a limited time and look like this

Not actually, i just want to change color in basic Blanka skin (no extra clothes logos or so) , ok i am disappointed with that... So sponsors are available /active from time to time at least.. At least there are colors 11,12,13 to buy in shop for variety, they are cheap like 2000-5000F +... Thanks you made it clear
