Dhalsim is cancer
all he need is get his arms and legs cut it off, and maybe he can be less cancer :)

Pretty sure his entire purpose in most every game is to be annoying. Fullscreen control of neutral is only fun for the player in control.

Dhalsim is the easiest character to whiff punish, has the longest fireball recovery, and you can just lp him when he comes out of teleport.

He (along with fang and ab) are the ones that make the game intereting.

Edgy-Akuma, the 1000X cammy etc...
