Ryu Battle Costume (How do I get it?)

Good day, I am planning to buy this game. Also, I am really interested with their battle costumes especially with Ryu's and Chun Li's Battle Costume but the description regarding the DLC are not that helpful for me. Any information about the battle costumes and how to get it? Thank you in advanced!

You can buy them in the costumes section. Go to store on title screen and Alternative Outfits. All Battle Costumes or even Extra Costumes cost you real money. You can buy Story Costumes for Fight Money, 40k each.

I have some more info to add:
There is also a costume pack which has every battle costume for all vanilla cheracters.
Battle costumes are also included in season passes.

The Season Passes only contain the battle costumes for the DLC characters.
afaik Ryus can only be bought through the store.
