Sakura and Cody's animations

Can't exactly say this for Cody as I've yet to fight him, but does anyone else find fighting Sakura difficult because of her animations? It feels like I'm fighting someone underwater.

Cody looks like he was animated by the same person/ team so I'm worried about him too.

I think every character since Old Zeku has horrible jank animations. Blanka and Abigail excluded I guess since they're not ordinary sized/species characters, but they look derpy too.

Sakura, Falke, yZeku, Cody footage I've seen just look clunky as all hell. Honorable mention to Menat's wakeup animation.

Sakura confused me because of her slow float...and her throw animation are very annoyed.

It's kind of odd because ever since I think Ed, they've placed an emphasis on weird ending animations for some moves. Usually you can always cancel out of them but it's odd now we have all these new characters with these strange animations and the original roster without them.
