You need to add exceptions/exclusions for SFV's game folders to get the game running.
Ater a search, it sems that Iwoul dned tup update my graphics drivers. Unfortunately, they're already up to date. I guess I'm just f***ed then. Time to get a refund...
That's unfortunate bro, at least you won't have much trouble getting a refund though :/
Good luck though man.
We need to know your GPU name and model, your CPU, and your RAM.

I bought my gpu at 230$, but now it cost like 270$...
8 GB Ram
NVIDIA GeForce GT 745M
That's what's killing you, and killing you hard. You need to at least be in the GTX series for this game.
The bare mininmum to run this game in lower quality settings require a GTX 570:
http://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Nvidia-GeForce-GT-745M-vs-Nvidia-GTX-570/m8211vs3156
Nearly 200% more powerful than what you have, and that won't even get you to the high settings either.
They actually reccomend a GTX 960 (which is higher than mine tbh) which is 300% more powerful than what you're using.
Same goes for the CPU, but the difference is not so extreme:
http://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Intel-Core-i7-4500U-vs-Intel-Core-i3-4160/2743vs2816
you just need something over 50% more powerful than what you have now.
At least I got my problems with cuphead solved. Seems to be a recurring problem with Unity based games... awll, at least THAT'S easy to fix.
Does look like I was approved for the refund though. The cash is now pending to be returned to my steam wallet.
People are bypassing the cost of components by just simply buying a pre-built rig (which for the first time ever, is actually the cheaper option due to the inflating prices of components)
Agreed, my current PC is ancient(you can get it for like 100$), but thanks to the GPU it can handle this game pretty well. I'm confident I can run other fighting games at max settings like this one.
