This blanka is probably more fair than any other version of him tbh, he is surprisingly honest by comparison. I hated him in IV, but I actually like him in V.

It's actually not that difficult to beat Blankas. The only two Blankas I've lost since the character's release, one was pure lag and the other was a very good player.
But, in general, all you need to do(OP), if you find him hard to win, is wait for him to attack you, defend, punish. His moves are very punishable.
