3 Things Street Fighter V would need to do before i Buy.

2.) Fix Akuma's theme Song, and don't make him weaker then Ken because he isn't blonde.(He's Asian for god sake he should be 100 times the man ken is)
3.) Add Garuda and don't f up his theme song either.

You're reinforcing this opinion based on mugen and gameplay footage... okay. You realize just because a character beats another doesn't mean they're better on paper, right? Juri is considered one of the worst characters in the game, and you can beat anyone with her if you're good enough.
