Custom Fightstick - Joystick reversed?!

I got an old SF4 fightstick with sanwa parts (actually the entire thing is custom now)...

Sanwa buttons+Sanwa joystick (its the square 4 gate with the 5 pin connector on the right if you're facing it)

I just plugged in a custom PC PCB Encoder and the push buttons are working and so is the joystick, but the axis is reversed.

Top is bottom, left is right. Right is left. Bottom is top. (Windows is detecting it as a generic USB Joystick).... I think the issue is that it's actual flight joystick controls (DOWN is PULL UP).

Anyone know how to fix this? I've tried replugging in the 5 pin differently and it just messed it up.

EDIT: FIXED....I guess swapping/changing a PCB forces a joystick reorientation as well. The Mad Catz PCB I had was a right mount. I guess this PCB I use is a left mount. I re-orientated the joystick 180 so the 5pin is facing left, not right. Fixed it.

this game has the worst ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ controller support in history u would think after 2 years it would be fixed but its not. Everytime i boot up game i struggle to get the direct input ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ to work. It forgets everydamn time. What ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ dumpster fire fighting game company cant have simple controller support in 2017

Sounds like you should just rotate the microswitches 180 degrees.

edit: oh yeah the connector on my sanwa stick faces the left.

Yeah, I had to remount the joystick. I guess a PCB change over requires that. My old PCB was mad catz crap but yeah, I replaced EVERYTHING except the buttons and joystick and just assumed the mount was the same. thanks!
