Yes, Urinatus can do that too with his super, what i wanted to ask is did people know already that akuma has such properties on his fhp

multiple characters can do it. problem is that it often requires for the opponent to not make a quick a back rise which usually doesn't happen.

It only OTGs from certain things and generally isn't as universally useful as you might initially things. It certainely doesn't make the game mahvel or anything
