It's like when people argue what the best weapon is in Dark Souls for PvP...there is no best weapon. You need skill, even with the best weapon. You need good tactic, even with the best weapon.
A "god" tier character can only take you so far. Until your skill and timing catch up, "god" tier won't mean anything.

Yet, she is not invincible at all. She is not god tier or broken like she was in SFIII.
And you know why Chun is considerd better than Ryu, because Boobs.
Chun is slitly better but hard as nails to play.
Theoreticly a chun lee plyer who makes no mistakes would ♥♥♥♥ on ryu.
But he best combos have realy strict timing.
But Ryu in general has such easy combos that give so much reaction time its realy hard to acualy make mistakes.
plus he can mash lp to get out of most situations. once a ryu completely wiffed a sweep while i was in the air, and still had time to finish the animation, stand and hit lp and beat my cross up while facing the wrong way.
