there really isn't a trick to it
Being fast means the orochi goes cross under without hitting the opponent. It's not a matter of speed I suspect.
When you input D,DF,F+KK, you must then go to D+P as quickly as possible. What you might want to do is practice the normal or JF Tenko into normal Orochi (which in my experience is actually harder than the EX version of the combo). Once you can do this, the EX combo shouldn't be a problem.
Well, turns out that being fast is the right advice, I can do it almost 8 time on 10 now!
