How to check whether you have the DELUX edition of Street Fighter V
I bought a Steam key of Street Fighter V DELUX Edition from a seperate website.
What i recieved is the key for Street Fighter V and a key for the Season 1 Character Pass (this is what it said when i activated it).
I don't know whether I own the Season 2 Character Pass as well, like i was suppose to.
Is there any way to find this out, aside from directly purchasing it?

As far as I remember, deluxe edition includes up to season pass 1.

No it includes the Character Pass 2 as well. It says so directly in the description.

It depends from the date of your purchase, the deluxe edition content changed when Season 2 started (on ~20th December 2016).

SFV Deluxe Edition 2016 included the Season Pass 2016 DLC in the description.

SFV Deluxe Edition 2017 included the Character Pass 2016 and Character Pass 2017 DLC in the description.

You can check your SFV DLC's in SFV's Steam properties DLC tab and SFV Steam library details page (DLC box below, that's the same box where you can activate the "cinematic story mode" download checkbox).

I purchased and activated the key about an hour ago. Does the date perhaps also matter on when the outside store actually got the key from steam?
As far as the DLC box goes. It only shows the Character Pass 1.
No Character Pass 2.

Can someone confirm that others who own the Delux edition can see the Character Pass 2 in their DLC box?

Well, yeah. How could they get a key to something that didn't exist yet? Any half-decent site will tell you in the description exactly what you are getting. The two key sites I checked just now have a "Deluxe Edition" listed, but in the description it says it only has the base game and the 2016 season pass. There's a separate listing for the "2017 Deluxe Edition".

It doesn't really mention anything on the website that it only includes the first season pass.
the title of the game is only "Street Fighter V Deluxe Edition Steam CD Key"
One last question. Is it normal for external store websites to give you each key seperately for the DLCs?
Like there doesn't exist a single key that purchases the Deluxe edition like you would on Steam and the rest of the DLCs are avaliable automatically?

The sites I've seen have "Street Fighter V Deluxe Edition Steam CD Key" to mean the original 2016 version (because that's what it was originally called before the 2017 version came out), while they have a separate listing of "Street Fighter V 2017 Deluxe Edition Steam CD Key" for the 2017 version.

I don't know how key sites work; I stay away from that shady mess. Steam's summer sale is going on right now; you could have gotten the 2017 Deluxe Version directly off Steam on the cheap.

Anyway, the Deluxe Edition isn't a single thing; it's just a bundle of the base game and the character passes. So I guess getting separate keys would make sense.

Yes, it is possible to purchase character season passes separately.

Character Season Pass 2016 and Season Pass 2016 is basically the same thing.

Here you can check the prices for Character Season Pass 2017:

You prob got season 1 pass and base game.
You're fine, you already have the best character in the game unlocked *cough* Alex *cough*
Anyways, you're still fine. Playing story mode and character stories should net you just enough to buy all season 2 and probably season 3 characters.
