In most cases it is sufficient to place the MOD (pak) files manually into:
C:\ProgramFiles\Steam\steamapps\common\StreetFighterV\StreetFighterV\Content\Paks\~MODs\

The MOD manager tools allow you to enable/disable multiple mods at the same time on the fly, without having to move files back and forth, but they are not necessary.

Just remember the folders, to be able to remove the mods, if you run into problems.

use this modtool instead.
Man, this is so confusing. But thanks for helping me. I'll try to figure it out, but this is taking the fun out of modding right now.

You mod by buying Tekken 7, KI, GGxRD Rev2 and/or KoF14. You won't regret it!

You still play this game. You're playing it right now.

Use the manual method first as recommended above.

Remove the mod manager tools.

Also make sure that your MOD is compatible with Season 2.0/2.5.

So I found out that the links doesn't work because when I try one of the mods the guy provided in the first video, it worked. But PKK isn't working for me. So I just need the Mod Manager download links for it to work.

The easiest and safest way is to use the SFV Pak Mod Manager. Quality modders offer their mods in pak formats as well. No need to move the files manually, the manager handles it. Also it does not distrupt the directory structure of the game and makes it easy to re-apply the mods after a major update since the manager keeps them in a library.

I don't understand it. I'm looking at this link.

http://w11.zetaboards.com/SFxT_Mods/topic/11748748/1/

And he says things like: Take the ~mods folder OUT of your StreetFighterV directory (we don't want any pak files loading from there anymore)

I don't even understand where to find that.

if you didn't used any mods, you just install the mod manager and drag and drop the pak files. but since you tried to use the other mod manager make sure you delete any existing mod files if you have it.

- right click your game on steam
- property
- local files
- browse local files
you see any folder named "mods"? then remove it.
if you dont, then proceed to next

- street fighter v folder
- content
- paks
any file named " _Steam.pak"? remove it

now go to your harddrive:\Users\username\AppData\Local\StreetFighterV\Saved\download

you need to delete everything in there except "steam.pak" files

now you can install the Pak Mod Manager.

Thanks, you help alot and explain it in details. My problem is the last one. You said to delete everything in there except steam.pak, but the only thing is dlc.manifest. I don't want to delete that, do I have to delete it? I feel like it's important.
IITWLLII -ES- Jun 10, 2017 @ 4:12pm
Even if you delete ALL the files in
%LocalAppData%\SteetFighterV\saved\download
they most important ones will be automatically redownloaded by the SFV in-game updater.

In the current version 2.021 these are the files
Ver110221_Steam.pak
and the default dlc.manifest file which contains the checksume for the *.pak file.

Ok, but do I delete the dlc.manifest or not?
