thanks Capcom
The online is terrible overall...all looks the same to me really between PC and PS4.
Sony is junk and so is capcom
Well, that's the thing.
Ignoring lags/rollback issues...
In a game with no problem (PC or PS4), there's no slowdown/fps drop.
In a game against someone with a setting too high on a PC (or PC that just can't run the game at 60fps), there's a slowdown.
But, against PS4 players, there should never (or very very rare) be a slowdown since the settings in the PS4 are set (and presumably tested) to run at 60fps, and the PS4 player can't "mis-set" the settings (or be using an "inferior" PS4 that can't handle the game).
Against PC players, I expect slowdowns to happen sometimes.
Against PS4 players.... well, I'm surprised to see slowdowns be so common.
Could be optimization with PS4 issues I suppose.
I don't tend to see slowdown all that much...I just see flickers, teleporting, stutters...or the feeling of my inputs seeming slower than the other person's but without like visible slowdown.
But like there was this one video about PS4 frame drops from back in 2016:

Seems like FPS drops with PS4 much like PC gets tied up with the netcode stuff I suppose.
Offline performance meanwhile is like...solid solid it seems.
