Gifting DLC Characters?

My friend wants Kolin, but can't afford her right now. Is it possible to for me to buy her and gift her to him? It doesn't seem like you can.

Well that sucks. DLC characters should have worked like normal DLC. I thought Capcom liked making money. :(

Hey, but the thing is, I wanted to send him a specififc amount that was already saved on my steam account, and I already found out that wasn't possible.

Have him put some trading card on a high price on the market, search for it and buy it, problem solved :D

This sounds about the only way to do it without giving him the money in person or steam card. Trust me, wish it were easier too.

We found a work around. Beat Kolin Trials and Story, and she's cool. My point still stands, if they were on the story like normal DLC it would have been easier.
