Hm, you could check the shoryuken forum for tips (in the mika section), not sure how populated it is tho.

look up "Fuudo" on Youtube. Probably the best Mika player on the planet. And overall one of the best SFV players.

See what he does in neutral how he moves and which buttons he uses, hwo he anti-airs, which pressure strings and combos he does, how he defends and punishes etc. Try to copy his stuff while constantly keeping in mind WHY he does certain things, simply copying without trying to understand isn't helpfull otherwise.
