Heroes of Might and Magic: Olden Era

Heroes of Might and Magic: Olden Era

new sylvan creature Hoplet
so what are your guys opinion on the new hoplet tier 2 sylvan? personally i dont like it it looks childish and weird... rly hope they dont do this with the rest of my beloved sylvan faction.
my favorite sylvan creature line would be:
top to bottom
Green dragon, Emerald, fairie.
Ent, Treant, dendroid
Unicorn, Silver Unicorn, war unicorn
Pegasus, Royal Pegasus, Armored pegasus (pls bring back pegasus)
some kind of sylvan mage...
wood elf, grand elf, sharpshooter
maybe satyr or some other mythical creature
and then last the new hoblet (but change the look) or good old Sprite, Pixie, Wood spirit.

I don't mind the hoplet as a replacement for the sprite. This is a different faction at a different period of time and is meant to be a separation of the more elven based faction.

It's a bee bunny! I like it. It is obviously not meant to be lighthearted and taken too seriously. I honestly don't care about the mythological roots of the creatures and prefer originality to tradition.

I think its a solid addition. Could be better but could be worse. Im glad they are adding new units and trying new things though. I dont want a copy paste of old game rosters. Its fluffy tail and the red/orange sylvan setting itself makes me wish it was some kind of fox creature though but maybe they needed something more magical. The aqualotl however I feel like doesnt belong at all. The Quilin is also cool but the thunder varient seems out of place. Feels like they have some elemental summon stuff going on. Sporemancer MVP tho.

I like the hoplet a lot, i think it's a nice replacement for the generic sprites. I also have mixed feelings on aqualotls though because they do feel like they don't really fit in with the theme of the faction. But i guess axolotls seem to be all the rage right now among denizens of the web so i guess it is what it is.
