If it's not long before H1, and H1 and the clear intent in MM6/RoE is taken into account, Sandro may well be around already. It'd be very odd for him to over in Jadame already, though.

The question about Sandro was specifically asked in one of the Q&A streams and they answered that he will not be in the game because Ubisoft had specific plans for that hero and the devs did not want to step on Ubisoft's toes by including him into that game and possibly contradicting or spoiling something about Ubisoft's plans for him.

Well, I think it wasn´t bad in Heroes 6, if we can except the fact that was related to Ashan, something I hope we won´t see in a while
