This game is very similar to Orcs Must Die / OMD2

Or Sanctum / Sanctum 2

And Dungeon Defenders / DD2

The difference is the isometric view like a Diablo game instead of 1st/3rd person.
It's a healthy mix of both TD games and hack'n slash with character upgrades and map control with various devices that can cause heart failure, vaporization and other forms of malicious deaths for most monstrous entities. You will have to equip you character with the best equipment you can find (with keeping in mind that you can also craft them!) while planning on what kind of traps would you like to max out.
"How Tower Defensy is this?"

The best approach to getting the full Deathtrap experience though is to play it as the hybrid it was designed to be. There's some unique and fun tactics you can set up using a combination of traps and spells to dominate any map you come across.
Ah ok. Thanks.
