Besides, it has got 20 arcs, so 12 new ones compared to the original, while Steam will just release have the first for now. It also includes ton of choices and obviously new scenes linked to them.
The musics/sfx are also different. The text isn't on the full screen but in a textbox.

Also, Steins;Gate has already been officially translated. The reason it's not on Steam is because 5pb. hates the platform for some reason.
Don't expect Type-MOON's stuff anytime soon though. From what I've heard, they categorically refuse to let anyone else touch their VNs. Even Nasu himself is completely opposed to translations.
Wait theirs a PS3/Vita version and I don't have the OP song for them yet?! Well I'll just have to fix that didn't know they were going to pull a Steins;Gate and release it for almost every system.
What I can tell, it's just the DS stories (Kizuna series) put on the PS3/Vita. As much of a fan of the series I am, I have no use for it since I can't read the damn language.
