An application control policy has blocked this file

I just recently bought this game on sale and have been enjoying it for a few days but today I exited the game and when I tried to reopen it after a break I have been getting the error in the title. Is this a me issue? Did the licence signature run out and what would be a possible fix?

Try to reinstall the app. Someone had the same issue a few days ago and reinstalling the app helped him. I'm not sure what is wrong. This is standard Unreal Engine app.
