Night Striker Ranking Reset Implemented

Thank you for your continued support of Operation Night Strikers.

Following the Version 1.2.0 update released on October 30, we discovered an issue in the Steam version of Night Striker where replay data recorded in previous versions could not be played back correctly.

While our development team attempted to resolve this issue, we found that restoring proper replay playback would require reverting certain fixes made in Version 1.2.0, which would in turn cause incompatibility with existing save data.

As continuing to support replay data from older versions proved difficult, we prioritized fixing the issue and have reset the Night Striker rankings and associated replay data on November 14 at 12:00 PM (JST).

Please note that any replay data already downloaded to your PC will not be deleted.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and continued support for Operation Night Strikers.

I Paid 15$ for the book dlc, but it is not included in the game at all. It's just not there!!!

Needs raw input for lightgun support

Absolute positioning mouse devices (Light gun controllers) not supported

Light guns that simulate an absolute position mouse such as the Sinden or OpenFIRE light guns cannot currently be used with the three gun games in this collection. When the gun is pointing at the screen, the cursor moves to the bottom-right corner of the screen and cannot be moved. Normal mouse control works, and it was suggested to me to change my OpenFIRE gun to gamepad input mode and use analog input type 2 as a workaround, but doing so results in a very large deadzone around the center of the screen. 25 for 4 so-so games, but to add 15 euro for all versions? That's basically 10 euro per game. It should have been included in the base.

サウンド設定にしっかりフロント・リアを入れてくれるあたりさすがM2。大型筐体では前後2つのスピーカーでステレオという変わった構成でした。音楽が前からモノラルになるかわりに、敵のミサイルを避けると音が前から後ろへ抜けていきます。

I know this is the STEAM message board but I'm trying to think of how to get the devs to see the issues with the Switch version. Pretty shocked how buggy this release is for an M2 product. Notice: Night Striker Ranking Reset Following the Operation Night Strikers Version 1.2.0 Update

Thank you for your continued support of Operation Night Strikers.

We have confirmed an issue in the Steam version of Operation Night Strikers following the Version 1.2.0 update released on October 30(JST), where replays for Night Striker do not play back correctly.

The cause of this issue is currently under investigation.

Depending on the results of our investigation, it may be necessary to reset the online rankings.

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

Product refunded

Unfortunately the game could not run performantly on my device. Lots of audio stutter which is surprising since Night Striker GEAR runs perfectly for me. Could probably be fixed with a tool like Special K but would have expected better from M2.
