What´s next?

There is a female trader with an ambulance, in the room behind it there is a tank, a barrel hanging from a rope and a house that cannot be entered, but behind it it seems to continue... what do you do there?

The area at the top right of the map is pitch black, how do you get on? I have 4 bosses behind me, but currently I have absolutely no idea where to go next.....?

I can tell you the room behind the medic trader cannot be entered until much later with more movement powers, so you'll need to go elsewhere. Beyond that I cannot be too much more specific as I don't remember the progression route.

EDIT: I actually ran a bit of NG+ and got to here. If you have the Torch you can open a switch to get to Cliffside Fort as the Medic recommends. The branch you are looking for is about 6 squares below and to the left of the flashing dot she adds to your map

That area behind Doctor Ross leads to one half of the medallion needed to open the final area of the game, you'll need both wall jump and boot spikes to get up there.
