Hello everyone,
Queen Slayer has been completely reworked!

In this update, we've boldly streamlined the previous systems and
refocused the game around pure combat and roguelike design.
Now, you can defeat all 8 corrupted queens within 2–3 hours
and complete all achievements in a single, tightly focused run.

Key Changes

Complete system overhaul
→ Redesigned as a roguelike combat-focused experience, removing excessive complexity

Boss-centered progression
→ After 5 waves, you’ll face one of the corrupted queens directly

Short playtime
→ Finish the game in 2–3 hours
→ All achievements can be completed in a single session

Removal of unnecessary systems
→ Eliminated farming, fragmented growth systems, and interface clutter

Improved stat/resistance descriptions and skill explanations in the combat scene.
Enhanced character selection UI when starting in Path of Hardship mode.
Fixed a bug where players could receive extra items when restarting a campaign.
Fixed an issue where certain characters would cause an error when counterattacking.

We will continue focusing on improving the UI and guidance systems, as many players have suggested.

Demo - Constructive Feedback

First: Game appealed to me with art style - one of my favorite directions; thus I decided to play it. This part certainly works! Gamepad support is also important touch to me. Character selection - pretty transparent to understand, but would be nice to have optional 1-2 min prologue tutorial with basic archetypes, to understand game's basics before selection. Core gameplay - solid, robust foundation from any TB game, but lacks some neat distinctive feature. Plays good, but pretty much like any other game...

Lacking information

So I saw a (very brief) tutorial at the beginning regarding HP vs the other bar under a character (blanking on a name), but then each ability has some number of little red pips under the ability. Is that uses? A cooldown? A cost? I have no idea what it means. Some characters can use their abilities every turn, and some seem to be used once and then never again, but I don't see any notation as to why that is. I like the basic structure of the game, but it feels like the mechanics are fairly poorly expla...

Game Freeze and quick Feedback!!!

Game froze when the character with the large shield went to use counter attack. He gained 100% corruption when it occurred so I don't know if it was because of that and the counter but the game just stayed frozen. Cool game tho! The Sounds are a bit much, the same droning attack sounds I had to turn off after an hour of playing, but then even with music and SFX off there is a THUDDING SOUND that plays for every attack hit, buff or heal... WHY???? I turned the sound OFF to enjoy the game while also watchi...

In the campaign mode, when you recruit new mercenaries of the same class as an existing one, sometimes, the newly recruited mercenary will overwrite the name and traits of the existing one. 2. Occasionally, when restarting a campaign, I will immediately receive an item. I am then given an interface to assign the item to one of my 4 beginning characters, except that the pictures of the characters match those of my previous run.
