We were able to reach the point where 20-30 dolls surrounds us, but the character stops moving, and nothing happens. Is that a puzzle we couldn't figure out, or a bug ? Thanks

I saw the other posts about not being able to control the character when mannequins are surrounding you but that hasn't happened to me. Right after the trash bin closes, I hit left trigger on an Xbox PC controller by accident and I can't move the character at all. There are no mannequins nearby and I had to quit to the main menu...

I could be mistaken, but I think there is a bug in chapter 2. When the figures appear in the water, if the single mannequin is up on the hill, I can't activate her. I've been on this one spot for 2 hours, thinking I was missing something, but one time out of the 50 times I tried, the mannequin spawned closer to the trail and my flashlight was able to trigger her to move. ...
