Materials are pretty easy to get from the Pneuma Analysis levels and events, and there's no worry about running out of storage thanks to the dissociation system.
Sharpodonty comes from the Mintage Aesthetics stages, as well as events, but are also acquired every time you use energy to complete a stage at a rate of 10:1
Early on in the game, you should focus your energy on leveling a few general-purpose psychubes, such as Brave New World, His Bounden Duty, or That Inquisitive Dear, starting with the one you use most often on your main DPS.
Pneuma Analysis gives you two free runs daily, and awards bonus materials for those runs.
My recommendations for good beginner psychubes are as follows:
His Bounden Duty: If you run someone heavily dependent on the Attack stat. Many shield characters, like Tennant, use Attack as the multiplier for their shields. Just make sure the character using it gets the kills!
Brave New World: If you expect longer fights, this could work well. It makes the normal incantation a character casts after an ultimate much stronger.
That Inquisitive Dear: Good all-purpose psychube. make sure it's on a character with a debuff incantation type, and you'll get passive healing once per turn on the character who needs it most.
If you have any one of these, level it. 5-star psychubes like The Footloose or Laughter and Laughter are also good in the early game, and you get both of them for free as you progress. Laughter and Laughter does well on healers, and The Footloose does best on attackers.
Anecdotes are a good place to get really good 5-star psychubes. if you have the character the anecdote is about, odds are good the psychube from it will be one of the best for that character.
That's all I've got for now, hope this was able to clear up any questions!
So if you feed two lv4 psychubes (300xp each) into a level 4 psychube, it will still only give 900 xp (the two you fed plus 300)
Only now you’re also minus the sharpodonties you used to level up the fodder. So it’s a waste to fatten up low level psychubes.
You should Disassociate them if you need space or want to use more in one go
Steps Forward is only useful for Lucy so if you don’t have her then just ignore it.
