Yes, 10-4 is the final level. The second part of it is kind of difficult to figure out; I'm pretty sure I did it wrong, since I never used the bomb dispenser on the left. What I did was I put the grapple block on the pistons, dropped the lit lantern under the rightmost bomb dispenser, and ran up to the switch as fast as I could. Then I grabbed the block out of midair with the grapple gun, and stood on it to get the portable laser There's probably some other solution for that, but I don't know what it is.

I'm assuming you're stuck at some part of it. If you just wanted to know if it's the last level... well, it is.

I am the only one getting this 'bug'? I cannot change any of the two other guns after choosing the guns I began with. For exemple, I can take the crossbow and the platform gun, then swap them with other guns, but after using the crossbow, the game don't let me to swap another time. Is that done on purpose ?

I get a solution for this bug. Just have to disarm myself by arming the zapper on my hand. Thus, I had the ability to pick-up again.
