Leg break bug?

I can't learn this move at all. Says left mouse button then hold left mouse button. Had no problem with other moves but this doesn't work at all. Waited till after he punches before holding, done both fast and slow just can't get it :(

You grab them first, then tap and then hold. You have to be in a grapple.

You're probably doing too fast. You've gotta wait until the prompts appear on the screen.
