Check your settings or maybe even verify your game cache. Make sure you check the advanced graphic settings; maybe you have the low buffer thing turned on, make sure you turn that off if it is.
Why are they not working for me then? I have everything set to max? And even if it works for you and not for me, it is still something they need to fix, like the HD textures being set to off for many people.

because i do have blood, and wet clothes for example....
Yes, but some of us (including me) don't have them.
I changed textures to 2, Wei still doesn't get wet in water.

I am using a custom setting for the video that is not maxed out (I only have a 1GB video card.)
Mine still has every bit of the blood effects, and after I discovered the texture fix I posted, the texture quality matches the original, but it does look like the "drenched" effect when getting out of water has diminished in this version. Maybe it's more apparent with different outfits?
