this game seems impossible on PC keyboard and mouse

I consider myself a good gamer but I am constantly getting my ass kicked in the fight scenes. Very frustrating to play this on a PC. Graphics are great but controls suck. Anybody else agree?

there is a button to counter attacks. i finished the orignal sleeping dogs before and love it. i admit the definitive edition has some major bugs. and u can buy a controller, this game supports controller. game that sucks on keyboard and mouse is DSIII, try that game and u'll know what is control rage.

I've always played with KB and mouse. It works just fine for me. In the later fights, you're just going to keep having to counter a lot more than in the beginning. As long as you watch the fights, counter at the right time and do the right moves, fighting is not bad.

i've never had issues playing this with KB&M, i honestly play better with it in sleeping dogs.

i've changed my counter button to f as it feels easier to use than e, you could try that.

RMB for counter is preferable

Change the counter from "e" to right click.

I had no real problems with the default keyboard controls myself. I will admit though that it felt a lot better when using a controller.

The E key is the default counter. F key grabs the guy.

I agree with OP's opening statement and opinion completely. The complex key combinations smack too much of, "You should be playing this on a CONSOLE, you f***ing idiot!"

But, I'm going to give the game a chance; I haven't played it enough to really like or dislike the game.

What ever helps better or feels more comfortable using I say

I would have thought most would play this with controller with driving and fighting so much

I just use M$ XBOX 360 wireless for PC for this open world 3rd person

mainly FPS shooter KB & M
