As a long time fan of point and click graphic adventure, I was looking for a gateway to more modern iterations of the genre (outside of sequels to preexisting franchises and remasters)
This is the perfect game to ease some like myself in, or anyone looking to approach the genre for the first time.

A Golden Wake starts with what adventure games of old always began with, a good story. While the puzzles never gave much trouble, besides 1 or 2, the story kept a good pace with a few twists I didn't see coming.
The art style is just gorgeous, and the music make you lose yourself in the 1920s setting.

With a 5 hour completion time, this one won't outstay its welcome, but will be one I will revisit again.
