I think you will get a lot of hate if you don’t focus on solo having some way to be played. This can be very simple, just put players in a game together with a voice chat or so can communicate whit text.
Can you plz make the game free for the first day or two.
We understand that our market is prone to be a niche one. The experience we tried to craft focuses on getting friends to yell at each other and continually screw up, and by those metrics, the game is doing really well. Without trying to sound like Peter Molyneux, the game is more of a springboard for enjoying time with your friends - not for enjoying time alone.
As Nick said, though, we are definitely still looking into a single-player mode. We know that this will be a highly requested feature, and until it's in, some folks will be let down. There will be lots and lots of updates to this title, so I wouldn't worry too much about whether or not that feature will inevitalby arrive. I would just expect it to take quite some time (much like local co-op, a feature someone else asked for).
