Multiplayer?

Who else thinks playing with your friends would be fun? Isn't it a chore to order, stock, open packs, place singles, price them... all by yourself. Sure, employees will restock your shelves for you and work checkout. But all the other tasks... Bundling bulk... organizing storage... spraying stinky people... Wouldn't it be better and more fun with friends to play with? ^-^

I agree. being able to invite friends to help you at your store and maybe even pay them for their help would be cool, then they could use that money to help at their own store. Maybe even play a game with them as well etc..

multiplayer will likely be the last thing added, if added at all. Its early access, its only been out for 10 days. or so.. you'll be waiting a long time i feel.

This game looks interesting. I don't know how practical it would be, as I have not decided if I want to buy it for single player only, but a competitive multiplayer of some kind would be interesting. Even if it were leaderboards to see whose shop is doing the best, that kind of thing. But something more than that, trying to steal business from your friends, or something, by pricing better or offering cooler stuff. Again, I haven't played it yet, but that would make it appeal more to me than just what appears to be a silly sim (not saying this in a bad way, it's on my wishlist now as-is).

Game does kinda lend itself to this, yea.

If anything, it is a Unity game, so if the Dev doesn't, I'm sure someone'll mod it in at some point. If I could, I'd honestly wait until the game is shipped proper before making any advancements to heavy mods such as that. Again, never know.

it would be awesome to have multiplayer where you and your friends shop are across from each other and battle it out in sales or just relax and build up the each other shop together. also have co-op events that would be cool.
