Is there a way to turn off snapping?
It's the worst I've ever seen in my life and helps in absolutely no way shape or form.

You can try snapping from other directions, sometimes it will make it fit better.

I appreciate it but I'm waaaaaaaaaaaay beyond that. Just downloaded better collision from nexus mods, but it's not real great as I've already had 2 boxes fall through the floor.

i find it useful sometimes, but it definitely needs to be a toggle.
