Review App seems unnecessarily harsh now?

Seems like a lot more people just leave 1 star reviews for not having a product. Some of the more absurd ones being a 1 star review for not having a ghost foil and then another that appeared at 9 PM, likely from the customer who sat down to play cards with no one to play with near 9 PM.

I feel like the review system was unnecessary from the start. Its way too punishing overall. I'd rather them scrap it entirely. I have a decent rating close to 5 star but even still i don't like the system.

I'm seeing the same thing -- tons of customer reviews complaining about a random "missing" product. Have never seen reviews like that until the update today.

I don't even get a "missing product" complaint. they just say inane stuff like "If I could rate 0 I would" and that's it. its actually tanking my review score a ton and I hate it. its also very disproportionate. I get like 6 5* reviews and my score doesn't go up at all, get a single 1* review in the middle of those and it makes my score drop a lot.

i have products i do not even have yet and the customers complain about it that does not make sense to me

Glad to know I'm not the only one. My reviews are flat out lies. Had one at 9pm that says "they don't sell card here", which is obviously total BS. 1 star for absolutely no reason whatsoever. Had another 1 star on the same day from 845 pm that just generically says "first time and the last time!" No clue what that one is even complaining about. Get rid of the system if this is how it's going to be from now on.
