Map scrolling issues

Most of the time I can't scroll to the edges of the map, almost as if the mapview is locked onto a unit. The only way to unlock it is to rotate to the left and right a bit, after which I can navigate the complete map again.
It looks like a bug to me, are there any fixes?
(and yes, I made sure no unit is selected)

There is a border on the map which you are generally not able to see, but this is denoted by the border line. The code does try and prevent you from seeing off the edge of the map. Are you running an unusual aspect ratio screen?

You can also add the line

NOZOOMLIMIT 1

to the USER.TXT file in Documents/My Games/BA2 and it should disable the camera limiter.
