insane performance hits
i run a RX 7900 XT with a 7 7700x processor. the game is running like garbage. i turned off real time reflections, and FSR and that doesn't warrant any resolve. any fixes? runs on an ssd, 32gb of ram.

I encountered this, the game runs flawless then suddenly FPS tanks out of nowhere.

Try this:
Delete the shader cache files in
C:\Users\[YourName]\AppData\Local\SEGA\LikeADragonPirates\Steam"
So the game can recreate them again.

Files to delete:
$lad_pirates.pipeline.d3d12.cache
$lad_pirates.pipeline.d3d12.cache.preload

You can backup if you want, but this fixes it for me on games that have shader pre-cache that works flawlessly before then suddenly tanks FPS.

I also do this when Updating video card drivers or when a patch or update releases.

I'm having performance issues too, granted my PC is mid range, it's dropping more than it should with the settings on low. FSR does fix this for me though but it looks blurry. Yet everyone I've seen says this game runs flawlessly?

Played on 6700XT with Ryzen 7 5700x (no upscale & FSR), buttery smooth on high setting 1080p fullscreen, average fps about 110. Did you run on higher resolution?

If you have a 7900 XT, just turn on fsr 3 with quality preset.
