This or Avowed?

Hi guys. Right now, I can only get either this game, or Avowed. I know that they are both completely different types of games, but wondering what you guys think. Which one is worth getting now, and holding off on the other until next paycheck which will be in another 2 weeks. Thoughts and help appreciated :)

I’m playing avowed for 10 bucks Xbox pass ultimate. Got a key from cd keys ….these types of questions really make no sense since you’ll get views from people that have their own personal views and life experiences that will influence their choices.. watch you tube and twitch and make your own choice

Smaller budget means fewer copies need to sell for it to be a success. Check SteamDB and look at the other Yakuza/Like a Dragon titles and compare numbers. Avowed is estimated to cost between 75-100 million dollars to develop. At the lowest estimate, they'll need to sell 1.5 million copies just to break even. Pirate Yakuza can be a success at much lower numbers.

avowed doesnt have any bs denuvo, you can uninstall it move it around test different versions of linux builds and keep playing, denuvo games dont let you do that, have fun cause once you get that "you cant use the product you bought" message every denuvo game looks the same aka it looks like a you cant play this game message.

Avowed is terrible, the npcs don't even have pathing so in the city's all the npc's will be standing still, never moving. Just get Yakuza

I dont know. I once said someone's ancestors were insulted by what they wrote and I got banned for it. And that's not even insulting their ancestors, but them.

19 years later I can still hear the menu track in my head just from reading the title of the game. That's certainly one way you know a game left an impression.
