Its not a dreadful take if its true
Whats true? What are the playercounts now? What was the budget for each game?
Nothing was true it was all bait, you just like bait I guess.
Starfield and Palworld were also on Gamepass and both of those had massive amounts of players on Steam in spite of that.
All Time Peak 18,288
In Game 16,869
Day 7 since EA of Avowed or 3 Days since official release
All Time Peak 17.490
In Game 12,013
Like a dragon has a peak player count of 18,288
Avowed has a peak player count of 17,490
One game is a AAA game made a by a big studio and had a huge budget.
The other is a spin off in a pretty niche series that took about a year to make and had a relatively small budget.
Which one has sold better on Steam?
Lel.....
Welfare Pass: 34 million subs
Steam: 133 million active users
I'd bet a decent chunk of that 34m are people who forgot to cancel their subs since there is nothing decent to play there.
For sure. I'm among them.
