got free trail went to sub for 1 mnth and keep getting mail I have ESO plus in game, but no crowns or ability to to get free statue. Do I have to wait till the free sub runs out for the paid sub to pick up?

figured it out, doesnt like paypal as primary payment had to change that for sub but not DLC, never had that issue before.

Can anyone explain how this works? Do you go to the ESO website and just watch from there? Do you need a Twitch account? How do they know you are watching and do you have to watch the whole thing?

You would have to have your Twitch account linked to whatever ESO service there is. That's how it's previously worked for other games anyway, so I'm not 100% sure about ESO.

My subscription is not being renewed. The money is in the account, steam does not want to withdraw it,has anyone encountered such a problem?

Don't sub using steam, it just doesn't work. Use the official website for that.

ESO / ZENIMAX: why are you conducting free weeks for (possibly soon to be new subscribing) people, when
1) nothing is given to us years-long subscribers, AND
2) when we are having massive delays in logging on, no matter what time of day or which day of week, AND
3) when in-game lag in even low-crowd zones and areas is bad enough during regular days, but becomes abysmal during special holiday events & during such free trials, AND
4) when in-game lag in heavy-combat areas such as dragons, World Bosses, and Dolmen are BEYOND ABYSMAL, and game-breaking, AND THIS WEEK ALSO
4) when we are getting bumped off game and server completely over and over and over and over and....

I paid good money for this game;
I caved in to ESO / Zenimax' predatory practice of locking the super-essential storage and rest behind ESO+, and pay for the yearly lump sum bundle;
Even with premium game paying, I still do not have access to all, since you insist on monetising every dang little & big thing, from additional bank /pack storage to homes & clothing, all the way to new DLCs.

You know well that you have treated us as cash cows, and if we want to continue playing a game we enjoy, we are your hostages; OK, so I paid to play and to actually enjoy the game (stop all those bull stories that you can play the game without ESO+; you may be able to, but there is no enjoyment, as you must constantly empty your pack, and can't play with your Guildies, etc)>

NOW, where is YOUR part, your responsibility in this?
Why are we not getting more servers? Larger servers, more resilient ones, and definitely MORE of them. 2 servers for a whole planet worth of ESO players.

Are you saying that Zenimax conglomerate is so poor, with a poorly managed budgeting and planning division that you cannot do better by us all, ESO+ and non + players?

And that you are so damn cheap that when you run free events to attract more players -which will bog down the system that week AND in weeks to come, and make it crappy for us regulars to play- you cannot afford to give current players a reward, that ultimately costs YOU nothing? If you run two free events a year, we should at least get 2 free weeks added to our account. Heck, even one week would be SOMETHING. It's the fact that there is NOTHING ever, for us, that shows the utter lack of respect for players.

You can continue doing this for a few years, but eventually it WILL come back to bite you, as more and more get disillusioned, and no amount of free events will override the bad reputation you are building

I expected better from you.
