Absolute drivel. I've tried linking my Steam Account to my ESO account many, many, many times and run into an absolute wall of snotty, customer-service reps. Not getting conned again.

I´m not entirely understanding this, if we already had drops does this mean I have to re-link the accounts or is it linked already as it was before?

What´s this about having to also accept the drop to get the drop?

overcomplicating stuff for no good reason doesn´t seem like the most clever thing, this entire thing in any case may have people who used to get the drop before now don´t get it and as a result stop watching streams.

who exactly enjoys watching people grind? watching people play video games is so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stupid. pathetic really.

There's this channel that streams music and gifs most of the time, specially for people (like me) who don't want to watch anything and just want to get box and go. Look for them during drops.

if nobody would watch giveaway-streams they would stop that and leave cosmetics in the game instead of taking them out to sell them piece for piece or work on the game to make it better instead of working on cosmetics (or content behind paywalls) to wring out their players. Its hard to sympathise with such dev's even if the game itself is great.
