It will always be available once it is live.

I was able to see this skin on the PTS, and it's nice. Thank you for that.

So you need all the dlc and beat every quest line in the game? Does this mean no more expansions in the future and golden road is the final collection?

DEVS THIS ACHIEVEMENT NEEDS A TITLE!

"Adventurer Across a Decade" is a fabulous title.
That skin is ugly, and would change your entire character/feel/personality. There is No incentive there to spend time finishing up the questing.

Its probably just to mark up to 10 years of content.

Yes, you need all the dlc, but some of those main quests i was able to do when eso plus week free trial hit (thankfully they still do that, its soo handy). As for other question, I highly doubt it, I think they'd just do another cool thing like this another 5/10 years down the line. I could understand your worry cause of the recent Microsoft studio shutdowns, r.i.p tango studio/hi fi rush

Yes, to earn this meta-achievement and skin. It is meant to acknowledge all the players who have been with us during the last 10 years of adventures in ESO.

No, this meta-achievement is specifically to celebrate the last 10 years of content. We have more chapters and updates coming post-Gold Road.
