Yes, so good that there were almost no games there, (and not to mention you had to buy them again even if you owned them, for full price), terrible lags on release. They were promising 8K, gave 4K, which actually was upscaled from 1080p.
Also, they were using AMD GPUs.

GFN is also meh, as you can't play whatever you want as you are still limited to the games that are available there. There was something called Shadow or so that was offering an actual remote desktop that let you play anything you installed there, however it's rather expensive and went bankrupt in the end.

Cloud gaming is interesting feature, but we are still far from it being actually usable.

Great idea to release the game on a platform closing in 3 months, Bethesda being Bethesda XD

Kojima "the Industry leader" just announced exclusive XBOX via cloud gaming >250GB install if not 1TB of graphics data, title this year for 2023!? Hopefully ESO Devs and other AAA titles follow his lead and catch-up to where the gaming tech is going and soon !

This is so compassionate of you. Thousands of people bought the Stadia, and even if only a hundred of them played ESO, the fact that the small number of players got to move from their deceased canceled console to the PC thanks to Bethesda's compassionate save conversions is a wonderful thing. I'm sure they are very happy. Other people being happy makes me happy.

Just wish i could play on Steam Deck... I was playing it using Stadia and it was awesome, now i only can if i stream from my desktop, but that doesnt seem to work right most times for some reason...

its literally no different on their end, Stadia used the PC version of the game. I played both forna long time, it worked just as seamless as 2 PCs... the console version isnt the same.

Just look at that gorgeous cloud game play at 1080 max settings, on 10y old gaming PC worth less than $50 today :) Streaming is server side, on GFN Cloud gaming be even better at 4K res, Cloud is the future all, get used to it, and ready for it :) ( good to see ESO and STEAM realising that as well, like most AAA titles D2 anyone etc ) Stadia google just made the decision, no need to compete with NV GFN or AMAZON / STEAM etc, better to just sell the datacenter services, amazing times in the industry actually !?
