The worst part being they did it once. When Summerset was in preorder period they gave Morrowind for free when you preordered Summerset. Then they created the Standard Edition bundle with the base game + Morrowind, and it hasn't changed since.

Transmuting itself isn't locked behind DLC, you can use stations outside of the Clockwork City if you find one. You can buy one to put in your home with writ vouchers or use one from a guild hall if one of your guilds has one.

@MightyJean It has always told me I need clockwork city for transmuting, even outside of the zone. Maybe they changed it recently.

This is why I'm always hesitant to purchase the dlc's. They are always changing what is included in the base game and dlc packs and I swear whenever I do finally purchase something it goes on sale or goes to base game. I bought the Morrowind chapter just a month or so before it went to the base game. Total waste of money especially since its old content and no one to team up with.

oh sht you are right. well i'm sry if you want Summerset you need to buy the Summerset upgrade, or remove your game from library and buy a full editions of game but who am i kidding that's just crazy

The garbage that they are giving the discount on crowns for Playstation until April 15th, but they pulled the discount for PC in the middle of the day on April 6th. They didn't even wait for the day to be over. Some people are short on cash right now because of a pandemic. I was planning on buying crowns. I finally had some money to spend on April 6th, check the ESO store, and no discount. They aren't getting my money now, and I have a very disappointed child. Screw you Bethesda and your bias in favor of Sony. I'll remember this for a long time, and it will influence my decisions regarding your products.

same i was saving up and going to buy them at the end of the week, now i see the sale was only for 6 and a half days instead of 2 weeks for PSN. Real shame, but im not paying full price for them

The Crown sale ended well before the end of April 6th. I tried to buy some crowns yesterday (April 6th) afternoon, and they had already returned to full price.

Sales on steam always end at 1pm EST. This is the time they have always update the store. Elder scrolls online updates their client at 10am EST. This is the time events begin and end. Lots of stuff go until monday morning for these two. It has always been like that. If you haven't noticed by now, then now you know. You all had a week to buy the crowns. Your own fault for waiting until the last minute. If you are struggling to afford video game currency during a pandemic maybe you should reevaluate your spending habits and your situation.

On a side note: plenty of people are selling crowns for gold in-game.

Why crown packs sales ended in april 6 for PC ?! (april 15 for PS4 and other offers) I didn't received any notification mail for this from steam despite the fact that this "DLC" is in my wish list... so disappointed.

You sure make a lot of assumptions based upon my observation that the sale ended before the end of the day. The sales of the game was still going after they took the crowns off sale, and as Kaldenn mentions, crowns are still discounted for consoles.

I was just pointing out to other folks, in case they didn't notice that the discount was gone before they loaded up on crowns.

Same old Zeni BS. Should have said sale ends on the 14. Should report them for false advertising but there just not worth the effort.
